Our Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most unused, unwashed items in their original packaging with tags attached.

Return Eligibility

✅ Accepted:

  • Full-price and sale items
  • Defective/damaged goods (report within 7 days)

❌ Not Accepted:

  • Final sale items (marked at checkout)
  • Used or altered merchandise
  • Products without original packaging

How to Return

  1. Initiate Return: Visit our Return Portal
  2. Print Label: U.S. returns receive prepaid shipping
  3. Pack Securely: Include original tags and packaging slip
  4. Ship Back: Drop at any UPS location

Refund Details

  • Processing Time: 5–10 business days after receipt
  • Refund Method: Original payment form
  • Shipping Costs: Non-refundable (except for defective items)

Exchanges

For size exchanges:

  1. Return original item per standard process
  2. Place new order for preferred size
    Subject to availability

International Returns

  • Customer covers return shipping
  • Must include completed customs form
  • Refund excludes original shipping/duties

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Photograph all affected items and packaging
  2. Submit via our Damage Claim Form within 48 hours

Special Cases

  • Gifts: Refunded as store credit to original purchaser
  • Loyalty Points: Reversed for returned items
